1. Introduction

Welcome to Not Just Blond and Not Just Beauty (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing our website (notjustblond.com) and/or booking any services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by both brands.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, booking system, or directly with the salon.

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking via email or SMS.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct.

3. Deposits

  • Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where we cancel your appointment.

  • Deposits may be transferable to another appointment if sufficient notice is given.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Not Just Blond services:

    • We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

    • Cancellations within less than 48 hours may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

    • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the appointment cost.

  • Not Just Beauty treatments:

    • All services are non-refundable if cancelled.

    • This ensures that we respect and protect the time reserved for our practitioners.

    • At our discretion, appointments may be rescheduled if notice is provided.

5. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

  • If we cannot accommodate your service due to lateness, it may be treated as a no-show.

6. Services & Results

  • All services are provided based on consultation and professional judgment.

  • Results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and previous treatments.

  • We do not guarantee specific results.

7. Patch Tests & Safety

  • Patch tests may be required 48 hours before certain colour services.

  • Failure to attend a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled.

  • You must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities.

8. Payments

  • Payment can be made via [cash / card / online payment – adjust as necessary].

  • Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

9. Refund Policy

  • Not Just Blond services: refunds are generally not offered on completed services. If you are unhappy, contact us within 7 days to discuss a correction.

  • Not Just Beauty treatments: services are non-refundable if cancelled, as per section 4.

  • All refund and correction requests are considered at our discretion.

10. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • They must be used before the expiry date stated.

11. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

12. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Not Just Blond / Not Just Beauty shall not be liable for:

    • Any indirect or consequential loss

    • Damage resulting from services where aftercare advice was not followed
