UNIT 29 - Not Just Blond Treatments

If this is your first time visiting Not Just Blond for a colour service, a patch test and colour consultation are required before your appointment can take place. Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your colour appointment.

If you are an existing client but have not had a colour service with us in the past 6 months, a new patch test will also be required no less than 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to ensure every colour service is performed safely and tailored to your hair goals.


Cancellation Policy:
As a small independent business, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations or rescheduling can be very damaging to our business and to the team, so we kindly ask that you only book an appointment you know you can attend. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required when booking your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill in the salon. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Bookings may be automatically cancelled if the required deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking. No-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.

UNIT 32 - Not Just Beauty Treatments

All services booked within Not Just Beauty are non-refundable if cancelled, as this allows us to respect and protect the time reserved for our practitioners.
